25 years in classrooms. Hundreds of families served. A whole lot of stories to show for it.

My Story

I didn't just work in education — I built things inside it.

Over 25 years ago, I walked into a daycare and found out exactly why I wanted to be in education. For the families.

That has never changed. Whether I am designing an enrichment program, sitting across from a parent at a conference, or picking up the phone just to say "I see you and I am here" — families are why I do this work.

Since then, I've taught kindergarten, supported students with special needs, instructed English language learners, coached families through entire school years, and built digital learning systems that actually get used. I've been on camera with puppets. I've written scripts at midnight. I've reviewed 800+ educational videos with the same attention to detail every single time.

What ties it all together is pretty simple: I believe learning works best when it respects how real people actually live. That is the lens I bring to everything, whether I am designing a family engagement program, creating content, or helping an organization communicate more clearly.

This is what 25 years of showing up looks like.

Here's what I've actually built.

Family Engagement + Coaching

I designed a family engagement system that supported 40+ households simultaneously — not with tips, but with structure, coaching, and real accountability. Families followed through. That doesn't happen by accident.

EdTech + Operations

I reviewed 800+ educational videos for quality, consistency, and instructional accuracy — and built the workflow to do it at scale without losing standards.

Content + Creative

I wrote and performed 80+ puppet-based literacy lessons used repeatedly by families and educators across a kindergarten curriculum. Yes, puppets. Yes, all of it scripted. Yes, highly sought-after.

Where Ideas Take Shape

I'm always open to the right collaboration. If something here resonated, let's talk.
